Career & Technical Education Definition:
Career and Technical Education (CTE) is an educational model that integrates academic knowledge with technical and employability skills to prepare students for careers aligned with current labor market demands. CTE programs are designed to result in the attainment of marketable skills and industry-recognized credentials or certifications. CTE prepares students for careers of their choice by equipping them with the necessary tools for success in the workforce.
