High School Awards
Available Opportunities
High School Awards are for high school students enrolled in college credit courses. The award pays the actual cost of the course or program, up to $1,000. Students may apply year-round for funding.
Eligibility
Be enrolled to Doyon, Limited or be the child of an original enrollee. If the applicant is not an original enrollee, but is the child of an original shareholder, a copy of an original birth certificate is required for verification. Gifted or inherited shares do not qualify an individual for scholarship eligibility.
Applicants cannot be recipients of multiple scholarships simultaneously.
Be a high school student
Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0
What do I need to apply?
Unofficial Transcripts from the last school attended are required with each application. Students new to higher education must submit their most current senior-level transcript or GED scores.
Final grades will need to be submitted once a term has ended and the student has applied for the next term.
How Do I apply?
Note that first-time applicants will need to create a new account, and that it can take up to three business days to verify a student’s shareholder status.
