What’s New in This Edition?

Expanded Career & Technical Award (CTA) Opportunities

We have refined our Career & Technical Award (CTA) to better align education with workforce demand. CTA programs now focus on providing students with technical, academic, and employability skills that lead to marketable careers and industry-recognized certifications. This ensures that your training directly supports in-demand career pathways.

Updated CTA Payment Structure

To better support your progress, CTA funding is now distributed in stages:

• 50% of the award is issued at the start of the program upon enrollment verification.
• 50% is issued at the program midpoint after submission of a progress report and confirmation of continued participation.
• Final payments may be adjusted or withheld if required documents are not submitted.
