Katrina Erick

Interim Executive Director

Katrina is a fourth-generation Fairbanks resident with a deep commitment to advocacy, community development, and expanding opportunities for Alaskans. With more than a decade of nonprofit experience, she brings expertise in program development, nonprofit management, fundraising, and workforce initiatives. Katrina is also a proud alumna of the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

In addition to her professional work, Katrina is actively engaged in civic leadership throughout the Interior and across the state. She currently serves on the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce Workforce & Education Committee, the Fairbanks North Star Borough Career & Technical Advisory Committee, the Statewide Independent Living Council Board of Directors, and is Vice President of the United Way of the Tanana Valley Board of Directors.

Part of Katrina’s current role is to lead strategic program growth for the organization’s blossoming Workforce Development program. Katrina values collaboration and believes lasting impact is built through strong partnerships, shared vision, and community-driven solutions.
