Sara Sandbo is the Operations Coordinator at Doyon Foundation, where she supports organizational operations, communications, events, board activities, and community engagement. With a background in communications, Sara brings a creative and strategic approach to building connections between the organization and the communities they serve. She has helped expand Doyon Foundation’s digital presence and strengthen its communications efforts, while leading the coordination of major events and fundraising initiatives.

Sara is a lifelong Alaskan, spending most of her life in Fairbanks. Sara graduated Cum Laude from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with an Associates of Applied Science in Professional Piloting and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. In her free time, she enjoys getting outside with her dogs, golfing, gardening, camping, and exploring Alaska.
