This event recognizes Alaskan Natives who are perpetuating and preserving culture through artistic ways such as photography, music, dance, performance art, journalism, film, visual and literary art, and all varieties of media. The nomination deadline is this Saturday! Criteria: 1. Demonstrates cultural perpetuation, 2. Must be Alaska Native and 3. Lives in Alaska year-round. The nomination form can be found below.
