New high school leadership program launched
The Alaska State Chamber of Commerce officially launched the Alaska Business Week program at the Alaska Business Roundtable luncheon in Juneau on March 11. Modeled after the very successful long running Washington Business Week program, it is open to 100 students, grades 9-12. This weeklong intensive summer program is being staged at the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus August 8-14. The goal is to encourage students from all over the state to attend this weeklong program.
