The PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER develops, supports, and provides technical assistance to Best Beginnings early childhood partnerships across Alaska. Part of a growing statewide network, locally based, volunteer driven partnerships bring together individuals, organizations, and programs to facilitate collaboration and coordination of early childhood services in their communities. The PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER also develops and implements the Best Beginnings plan to engage the business community in early childhood.
