Southcentral Foundation’s Raise Healthy Kids Camp summer schedule is listed below, complete with the current availabilities:

Raise Healthy Kids Camp is open to Alaska Native and American Indian children ages 6-13. This year’s camp hours are from 7:30am – 5:30pm at the Chugach Square Mall Head Start. Camp will focus on wellness through fun, culture, literacy, exercise, nutrition, safety and making healthy choices and habits for a healthy life.

SCF will provide positive mentoring, healthy beakfasts, daily snacks and lunches, admittance fees for all field trips, supplies for activities and lessons, camp 75210 t-shirts, and a certificate of attendance.

There is a $25 registration fee and current immunization records is required, along with a $50 food fee. The $50 food fee will be waived for qualifying Denali KidCare/Medicaid families. Contact Health Education at 729-2689 for more information or to register your child.
