The purpose of the Interior Alaska Career Academy is to offer career exploration classes to high school students who want to expand their opportunities and learn about technical fields in high-growth, high-demand areas that can lead to successful career opportunities. Students should be 16 years of age and juniors or seniors in high school with a minimum of a 2.0 cumulative GPA. Students will earn one (1) UAF/CTC credit for successfully passing each session. At the completion of two sessions, participants may earn 0.5 high school elective credits. The student cost per session is $200. Scholarships may be available to qualifying students.
