Today is the last day to apply for the 2011 Doyon Management Training (DMT). Applications are being accepted online. Please go to http://www.doyon.com/Outreach/ManagementTraining.aspx to read more on and apply for the training program.

The Doyon Management Training (DMT) program has recently been changed from a 2-year program to an intensive 8-month program. The curriculum has been changed to include a greater emphasis on improving the management skills of participants while still receiving the benefit of the self-improvement and leadership trainings. The program begins with a 3-day class during October 15, 16 and 17, 2010. From November 2010 to April 2011, the class meets on the second Friday and Saturday of each month. The class finishes with trainings and a graduation on May 13, 14 and 15, 2011. Also new to the program is an option for education credit. Nine credit hours are available through the University of Alaska Fairbanks Community and Technical College. The current cost per credit hour is $25.
