Special Education Orientation

Joanne Healy and Philn Patterson will be conducting an orientation to our special education program. New this time is the option of the initial certification, which allows candidates without a general education certificate to pursue a special education certificate. In other words, having a general education certificate is no long a prerequisite. Attached is a flyer concerning the event, which occurs on Tuesday, April 12 at 5:30 PM. The orientation will be conducted at the University Park Building in
room 150. The University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) School of Education (SOE) would entertain having a distance component (i.e., telephone conference) if there is interest.
