| Here is a flyer for a basketball tourney in July in Fairbanks promoting Suicide Prevention Awareness in Interior Alaska with all the profits being donated to start a fund to help develop communication networks. These communication networks will be focused on the people of Interior Alaska and involve talking circles, hotlines, weekly events in indivdual communities and monthly events during the winter months to address the mass depression that arises from lack of work, addictions, etc. If you want to be a part of this new movement to help better our communities or help with the tournament please feel free to contact Lance Hornsby @ (907) 347-8735 or email [email protected]. |
