The Fairbanks North Star Borough School District Facilities Management is offering temporary summer employment to high school students.
Rate of Pay: $8.00 per hour
Work Week: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (7.5 hours per day @ 37.5 hours per week)
When: Work starts on 31 May and ends on approximately 10 August.
Where: Various public school facilities within the North Star Borough. Students must provide their own transportation to and from their assigned work location.
Qualifications
– You must be at least 14 years old at the time of application.
– You must be currently registered as a student in the Fairbanks North Star Borough.
Scope of Work
The work will consist of outside grounds work and some interior building cleaning under the supervision of a lead custodian and/or zone manager.
