Monday, April 15, 2013 is the deadline to submit competitive and basic scholarship applications for the fall 2013 semester. Basic scholarships range from $400 for part time students to $800 for full time students and the competitive scholarships range from $2,000-$7,000. You can apply at www.doyonfoundation.com.
To apply for the basic scholarship, students must submit:
• A complete online application form
• Proof of Academic Enrollment
• Most Recent Official Transcripts
To apply for the competitive scholarship, students must submit:
• A complete online application form
• Proof of Academic Enrollment
• Most Recent Official Transcripts
• Personal Essay
• Two professional letters of recommendation
If you’re a spring 2013 scholarship recipient, all documents excluding your official transcripts need to be postmarked by April 15th. Be sure your official transcripts include spring 2013 grades and are submitted by Friday, May 24th.
If you’re not a returning student please submit all documents before or have them postmarked by April 15th.
