Bank of America Merrill Lynch is accepting applications for its MBA Diversity Fellowship Program. The program provides merit-based fellowships to Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, military veterans, LGBT, students with disabilities and women entering business school in Fall 2015.
Successful candidates will receive $40,000 of total tuition and fees towards the first year of their MBA program.
Additionally, successful candidates will be offered a paid summer internship with Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global Banking and Markets business including: Investment Banking, Public Finance or Research. Upon successful completion of the summer internship and acceptance of a 2017 full-time offer, candidates will receive an additional $40,000 to apply towards the second year of their MBA program.

Eligibility Requirements
- Admitted to an AACSB accredited business school for the 2015-2016 academic year.
- Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, a military veteran, LGBT, a student with a disability and/or women
Application Requirement
- Resume (including GMAT and/or GRE scores)
- 500 Word Essay describing how you see the program supporting you to achieve your career goals
- Copy of essay submitted to your business school
- Two letters of recommendations
