My name is Kylene Peters, Program Manager for the Native Procurement Technical Assistance Center (Native PTAC), based out of Everett, WA, with additional offices in Anchorage, AK, Vancouver, WA (serving NW Oregon as well) and North Bend, OR.
Native PTAC is doing a regional search for the next Native Business Counselor for Alaska and I am asking for your assistance. PTACs are tasked with providing quality business assistance to companies involved in government contracting within a set geographic region. Native PTAC provides these services, to the Native business community within the Alaska and Northwest Bureau of Indian Affairs regions, including Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. We have businesses counselors that help Native firms with federal, Tribe, state and local government contracting through one-to-one assistance with government certifications and registrations, classes and workshops, bid match opportunities, interpretation of solicitations, bid/proposal reviews, marketing advice, and contract performance support for designated socio-economic programs.
