The deadline for the 2019 Spring internship with the office of United States Senator Dan Sullivan is fast approaching!

Their office is in search of students who are assertive, engaged and eager to learn! Students will work in our D.C. office for roughly 3 months and become completely submerged in the legislative process. Interns may assist the Senator on the senate floor, help author press releases or support a legislative aide as they work on some of the nation’s most pressing current issues. Students will receive a bi-weekly stipend and would be eligible to obtain academic credit for their participation.

The spring session will begin on Jan. 8th, 2019 and conclude on Mar. 11th , 2019. The application deadline is November 5th , 2018.

Senator Murkowski’s Intern Coordinator will be in Alaska during the beginning of November. Let me know if you would be interested in hosting a class/office visit! We would love come and to share additional information with students!

Please feel free to forward this information to students or department interns.
