We’re pleased to share that Alea Keandralyn has joined the Doyon Foundation team as our new language revitalization program administrative assistant.

Prior to Doyon Foundation, Alea was an administrative assistant at the Alaska Family Health and Birth Center, hostess at the Pump House, and visual merchandise sales associate at Old Navy.

“I look forward to working for Doyon Foundation and building a strong relationship in the revitalization of the Alaska Tribes for my daughters’ Iñupiaq heritage,” said Alea, who has two daughters: Lynnette and Gwendolyn.

Outside of work, Alea enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, exploring Mother Nature through outdoor activities like hiking or car rides. She also enjoys reading and relaxing in water elements.
