PROGRAM ASSOCIATE
Rasmuson Foundation seeks a dynamic, proactive and experienced professional to join our team. As an integral member of the Foundation’s staff, the Program Associate works with and supports the Program Officers to investigate and develop grant-making opportunities to include conceptualization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
Position requires bachelor’s degree with master’s degree strongly preferred, plus three to five years support experience in grant-making, non-profit or related field. Any senior-level non-profit governance experience a plus. Need experience or professional expertise in the arts. Additional expertise/experience in one or more of the Foundation’s other areas of interest including: health, education, youth, rural affairs or community/economic development required. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, track record of interacting with sensitivity and respect in a multi-cultural environment and superior written and verbal communication skills.
